A Few Words About Our Company.  Thirty Plus Years!! 

     We began building and selling new homes in the Capital District in 1985.  We developed a reputation for fine home building with our attention to detail and our demand for quality throughout the building and marketing process. 

     "North Forty", "Carriage Hill", "Fox Run", "Weatherfield", & "Rosendale" are some of the neighborhoods our homes are in.  Our home plans offer convenient living spaces while maintaining the traditional detailing reflected in this historic area.  We continue developing home plans to meet the changing needs of today’s home buyers.  Beyond the finishing details we look to efficient kitchen design, energy savings, hi-tech needs, closets and storage as well as other features.

     In the mid nineties we expanded our business activity into Colorado, also providing quality homes for busy families in the Aspen market place.  Through the years we have built and sold dozens of homes in the Capital District as well as in the Colorado.
         
     As a licensed real estate broker in both New York & Colorado we have also held memberships in the National Association of Realtors.  Also, with the former Albany Area Builders Assoc., the National Association of Home Builders and the Chamber of Commerce.
