More than twenty years ago we became licensed in New York State and a few years later in the State of Colorado.   As a broker, we have marketed and negotiated the sales of most of our new homes.   Additionally we have represented dozens of other property owners and buyers in bringing successful real estate transactions together on re-sales and vacant land.
