     In 1985, when we moved into home building, we quickly realized how important it was to make the right choices on the materials we would use in our homes as well as the subs and installers who would work for us.

     Year after year we traveled across the country to attend the annual NAHB exhibits.  At those exhibits we saw first hand use of the products that were at the forefront of design, technology, and energy efficiency in the industry.

     Listed are just some of the companies whose products we chose to use time and again over the past thirty plus years.  Each of these entities play a huge part in our ability to deliver a new home that will be attractive and functional in design, energy efficient and durable for years to come.

     The same applies to the crafts people.  It took some time to develop working relationships with quality subcontractors here in the Capital District and most of them remain available to our needs today.  Some have traveled to Colorado over the years to continue in our home building projects.

     When we finish a new home we can feel confident in delivering a great new living space for a new home owner.
